Diversity is currently very popular as a social topic. Demands for more diversity in the supervisory boards are a result of the public debate about quotas for women and greater regulation by lawmakers. So far, the composition of supervisory boards in the DAX has been discussed. TecDAX companies, on the other hand, were hardly noticed in the analyses, although the TecDAX in relation to the DAX has grown significantly faster in the last five years.
In the September issue of the trade journal "Der Aufsichtsrat", the key findings of a recent study on the diversity of the supervisory boards of the TecDAX are presented and a comparison to the DAX is drawn.
