Prof. Dr. Bernd Schuppener is Honorary Professor for Communication Management at the University of Leipzig. He is the founder of the Hering Schuppener group with offices in Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Hamburg and Berlin as well as an office in Brussels, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Günter Thiele Foundation for Communication and Management.
Dr. Stefanie Wettberg is Senior Vice President Investor Relations at BASF SE. She joined the Treasury department of BASF in Ludwigshafen, Germany, in 2003. From 2005 until 2009, she worked as executive staff to the CFO. From 2009 until 2011, she was Vice President Finance & Controlling at BASF Antwerpen N.V. in Belgium. From 2011 until 2016, she was Vice President Corporate Communications at BASF SE in Ludwigshafen. Stefanie Wettberg studied economics at the University of Heidelberg, where she also worked as an academic assistant before receiving a doctorate in economics.
Martin Halusa is Head of Media Relations at Deutsche Börse AG. Prior to that, he was responsible for Media Relations for the corporate customers business of Commerzbank as well as Head of External Communications at Dresdner Bank. Before his time as a spokesperson, Martin was a journalist for 15 years at DIE Welt - with stations in New York, Brussels, Berlin and Bonn. He studies journalism at the Ludwig-Maximilian-Universität in Munich and the German School of Journalism (DJS).
Dr. Phoebel Kebbel is Managing Partner at Hering Schuppener Consulting focusing on corporate and financial communications. In addition to supporting various DAX and MDAX groups for many years, she has advised clients on communications in over 50 M&A transactions – ranging from midcap acquisitions to hostile cross-border takeovers. A business administration graduate, she studied at the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, the Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada and the Ecole de Management de Lyon in France. She is a lecturer for Communication Management at the University of Leipzig.
Dr. Robert Vollrath is Partner at Hering Schuppener Consulting focusing on financial communication and investor relations, including corporate governance. Before, he was Deputy Head of Investor Relations at Deutsche Bank and issuer representative on the Executive Board of the German Investor Relations Association (DIRK). From 2001 to 2009, Dr. Robert Vollrath worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company in Germany and New York. Subsequently, he was responsible for setting up the OTC Clearing business at Deutsche Börse Group. Dr. Robert Vollrath holds a PhD from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and a degree in Business Administration from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management.
