Capital market participants are among the most important, powerful and critical corporate stakeholders. Investor Relations and Financial communication, therefore, are strategically important business functions. However, little is known about the strategic management of the function. The aim of the study is a broad empirical survey on strategies in Investor Relations and Financial Communication among companies listed in the German Prime Standard.
