Publication of the study "Sustainability in capital market communication - An empirical analysis of the sustainability communication of german listed companies to the capital market"

The Center for Research in Financial Communication at the University of Leipzig and DIRK - Deutscher Investor Relations Verband publish the study "Sustainability in Capital Market Communication - An Empirical Analysis of the Sustainability Communication of German Listed Companies to the Capital Market" - the reults of a broad-based empirical study of listed companies in Germany. The research project in cooperation with Aurubis, Deutsche Lufthansa, Deutsche Post DHL Group and Zalando shows how - and also how differently - sustainability communication to the capital market is approached.

Details, navigation and usability – What is important to investors and analysts when using annual reports

How do capital market participants use annual reports, which channels, which content is relevant for them? So far, there is little empirical evidence about the expectations of professional report users. Together with the Mainz agency MPM Corporate Communication Solutions, the Center for Research in Financial Communication surveyed 100 investors and analysts on the use of annual reports in a large-scale study.

Launch of the Center for Research in Financial Communication at the University of Leipzig

Today, the Center for Research in Financial Communication (CRiFC) was inaugurated at the University of Leipzig. The Center focuses on the initiation, coordination and implementation of national and international research projects in the field of financial communication and investor relations. Furthermore, CRiFC supports the exchange between research and practice in the field. The Center pursues the goal to establish and strengthen the field of financial communication in academic research and teaching.
