Article “Generation Share in Focus” published in Bankinformation

A new article by Sandra Binder-Tietz and Christian Hoffmann was published in the April issue of BankInformation. Entitled “Generation Share in Focus”, the article examines how banks are adapting their customer communication to the changing expectations of young, digitally savvy target groups.
The focus is on the question of what role digital channels and new information formats can – and must – play in dialog with the “generation share”.
